Founder of this website and the newsletter, “Chiropractic Law”.  These activities have been the result of his professional “passion” for addressing the unique legal issues affecting chiropractors and their patients.  This interest results from a relationship with his brothers who are both doctors of chiropractic; as well as, years of professional involvement with other doctor’s legal issues and representations of patients receiving chiropractic care.  In connection with these activities, he has remained informed of major political issues affecting Wisconsin Chiropractors and has had the opportunity to appear before Wisconsin’s Chiropractic Examining Board and at chiropractic association events. 

Attorney Riegleman has been involved in a broad variety of issues affecting chiropractors and their patients.  For doctors, he has assisted with practice formation issues, leasehold concerns, equipment purchases, associate and independent contractor matters, collection proceedings and disciplinary proceedings.  A highlight of his aggressive representation on behalf of chiropractors involved a precedent setting case in which a chiropractor’s “lien” was first found to be enforceable against both the patient/client and his attorney.  He has also represented chiropractor’s patients in hundreds of personal injury and worker’s compensation cases; with particular experience involving patients with “soft tissue” or spinal related injuries. 

Attorney Riegleman graduated from Wisconsin Law School in 1985 and established his own law firm in Sussex, Wisconsin in 1996.  There he provides assistance to clientele on a broad variety of legal matters; with particular emphasis in the areas of personal injury, worker’s compensation, family law, business formation, and estate planning.  He maintains an active trial practice and appears in courts throughout various counties in the State.
